Victoria & Kevin {Charleston Engagement}

We are so excited to share this romantic Charleston engagement with you today!  Victoria and Kevin first met as young teens living in Germany. They are both from military families, and attended rivaling high schools abroad where they both played soccer. A few years later the two rekindled their love, and the rest is history!  They love to travel together, and it is obvious that they are such a fun-loving affectionate couple.  Kevin now serves in the Army; so, the two have moved around quite a bit.  Now stationed in North Carolina, they decided to take a weekend trip to Charleston for their engagement photographs!

I loved having the opportunity to get to know these sweet souls as we explored the beauty of Hampton Park, finishing the session walking the cobblestone streets of Downtown Charleston.  You can’t ever go wrong with a Charleston engagement, but it was especially a wonderful fit for these two lovebirds.  The softness of the golden sun shining through the spanish moss provided the perfect happy and romantic feel to their photographs, which we really think portrays who Victoria and Kevin are as a couple :). Victoria looked absolutely stunning in her little blue dress that complimented her gorgeous red hair perfectly.  Kevin was looking quite impressive himself, especially after changing into uniform. We adore how completely southern a photo of a man in uniform looks, holding his lady close under the massive branches of an old oak tree.  It could not have been more ideal!  Victoria and Kevin, thank you so much for coming to Charleston and choosing us to share in this exciting time of your lives. I had a wonderful time getting to know you, and we wish you all the best for your wedding celebration later this year in Atlanta!
