We have a gorgeous wedding to share with you today! Jessica & Michael chose Charleston for its beautiful and majestic scenery as the spot for their destination wedding. Jessica, who works as a landscape architect, told us, “I was always drawn to the form of the live oak and the story that it seems to tell with its age and growth pattern.” The two were very excited to share the South’s unique historic sites and delicious food with their friends and family. After exchanging vows downtown at the French Huguenot Church, the wedding party headed over to Lowndes Grove Plantation for the newlyweds’ reception. Chelsye Harp at Intrigue Design & Events did an amazing job at of creating a romantic and ethereal mood with soft ivory, blush, and coral-toned decor. We love that they set up a chic seating area outdoors, so that the couple’s guests could enjoy the serene riverside views.
Thanks to Shannon for providing these beautiful images of their special day! Congratulations Jessica & Mike!
