Ana & Sean { Founders Hall Wedding }

Bridgit ventured to Charles Towne Landing for a lovely and inspired Founders Hall wedding, and we’re happy to share our favorite moments with you!  Featuring a modern glass and concrete exterior and a bright and inviting interior, the Founders Hall is one of Charleston’s hidden gems and served as the perfect backdrop for Ana and Sean’s special day. Bridgit began with the bridal party putting the finishing touches on Ana’s ensemble.  The bride-to-be looked absolutely stunning in her satin gown complimented by a lace top and pearls.  Her pink and white bouquet provided a pop of color and we love the tributes to her family that she held with her flowers.  Sean was pretty handsome himself in a blue three-piece suit with satin tie.

Sean beamed as Ana began her walk down the aisle.  A gorgeous arbor held a cross between two palmetto trees with pink flowers sprinkled across the top.  It was the perfect altar for the exchanging of vows.  As soon as they said their “I dos” the newlyweds headed straight for a vintage car painted in Georgia Tech gold, a unique getaway that we adore.  Before continuing their wedding celebration, the couple and their wedding party posed for portraits. We love that Ana and her bridesmaids added parasols for some of their photos.  It’s an elegant and whimsical accessory perfect for portraits.  After a few newlywed photos on the boardwalk outside of the Founders Hall, it was time to join guests at their lovely reception.

Whereas the ceremony felt southern-inspired and focused on the natural beauty of the surroundings, the reception featured modern decor with a ton of natural light.  Orange rose centerpieces and tiffany blue ribbons brought a pop of color to a room full of white and silver. We love the linen tablecloths against the rich wooden floors.  The atmosphere was so warm and inviting.  After the newlyweds made their entrance and shared their first dance, the party turned loose and lasted well into the night.  When it was time to depart, Ana and Sean were showered with petals as they darted into the night.  It was a lovely end to a fantastic wedding.

We’d like to thank the both of you again for choosing Riverland Studios to chronicle the steps you’ve taken toward your wedding, and we wish you health and happiness as you build a new life together.  Congratulations again!
