Adrienne & Charlie { Legare Waring House Wedding }

Shortly after this past Christmas, Bridgit headed to Charles Towne Landing for a lovely Legare Waring House wedding and we’re elated to share her experiences with you today! Offering tons of Southern charm and a rich slice of Charleston history, the Legare Waring House and its surrounding grounds are perfect for any style wedding or reception. Bridgit used the natural beauty of the location to frame this darling couple as they shared a sweet first look prior to their ceremony. Underneath hanging moss and sprawling oaks, Adrienne and Charlie shared a few romantic moments. We love Adrienne’s classic gown complimented by a light jacket and a bouquet of pinks and whites. The couple also wanted to share the moment with their children and the energy of the day is quite apparent as they all posed in front of the wrought iron gates on the property.

The ceremony was an intimate affair beneath one of the beautiful trees of the Legare Waring House, featuring Adrienne, Charlie and their children. For a quiet wedding, this beautiful location is absolutely wonderful and provided a lovely Southern atmosphere to the proceedings. Walked down the aisle by her sons, Adrienne was radiant. Following their “I Dos,” the newlyweds took a stroll for their portraits and then headed to the Old Village Post House for a lovely reception. The warm space was transformed with accents of navy blue and pink to match the palette of the day. Surrounded by their closest family, Adrienne and Charlie dined on delicious local fare and toasted to their new lives.
