Earlier in the Spring, Amanda headed west of the Ashley for some absolutely gorgeous Magnolia Plantation bridal portraits, and we’re excited to finally be able to share them with you today. Featuring stunning gardens, sprawling lawns and a rich Southern history, Magnolia Plantation is one of the Charleston area’s most frequented venues. ReAnne aimed for a princess-themed wedding and her bridal portraits reflected that same feel, with a touch of Southern charm and a ton of Southern belle. Her linen and lace ballgown was breathtaking and we love the ornamental hairpiece and the bright red she chose for her lipstick. It added a pop of color against her lovely white and silver ensemble.
The azaleas were in full bloom for the bridal portraits and the splash of pink dotted with white was brilliant and really helped capture the magical feel of the day. The Spanish moss contributed to the atmosphere as well as it brought out the Southern-inspired parts of her dress and felt a little bit like “Princess and the Frog.” We even got a small curtsy that was quite adorable. The series of portraits of ReAnne on the bridge were perfect and exemplified the beauty of the plantation in the portraits. And what’s a princess without a little bit of adventure? ReAnne had no problem climbing up into a tree for the sake of a stunning portrait. We can’t wait to see what she had planned for her wedding, which will be featured very soon!
ReAnne, thank you for bringing us along on such a magical journey and we hope your wedding was as amazing as you are. Congratulations again!
