Kirby { Gadsden House Bridal }

Gadsden House bridal portraits are always stunning, featuring the house’s gorgeous interior and beautiful courtyard.  We’ve spent a lot of time with Kirby and her new husband Land, from their engagement portraits to a lively wedding – but the intimate look that Emily got at Kirby’s bridal look was breathtaking.  We’re sharing some of our favorites with you today!

A lace and chiffon gown was complimented beautifully by a lush pale pink and white bouquet featuring cafe au lait dahlias and lamb’s ear.  A pair of navy blue heels with silver accents rounded out the lovely ensemble.  Either standing in one of the house’s floor-to-ceiling windows with sunlight streaming in or on the winding staircase, Kirby was a vision.  The rich wood floors of the house lent a warmth to her portraits and the aforementioned windows created a bright, inviting atmosphere.

The stately interior of the Gadsden House gave way to its private courtyard and Emily used the tall trees and shady lawn as a beautiful natural backdrop for the bride-to-be.  The greens brought out the subtle hues in the bouquet for a pretty touch of color.  Before calling it an afternoon, Kirby strode up onto the lovely wraparound porch and we love the southern charm that comes through in each portrait.  She looks so serene surrounded by the columns with the house behind her.  It was a lovely end to a beautiful day.

Kirby (and Land!), thank you so much for bringing us along for every bit of your journey and we wish you health and happiness as you move forward.  Congratulations again!
