Heather and Kameron’s Magnolia Plantation Wedding was a dream! We always love photographing weddings at Magnolia Plantation and this one certainly didn’t disappoint! Cruz Coordination did a fabulous job decorating the Carriage House with romantic details including, draping white fabric, lots of white roses and greenery bursting full of eucalyptus! Old wooden barrels flanked the ceremony site isle and ribbon hung lanterns dangled amidst the Spanish Moss. To match their elegant wedding colors of white and greenery, Ashley Bakery made a classic white cake along with trays of all white cupcakes. Heather looked charming in her gauzy halter gown and sparkly head piece. And we loved Kameron’s grey three-piece suit. Emily knocked it out of the park with portraits of these two. How beautiful is their first look in the Audobon Swamp garden!!? And Heather and Kameron’s portraits under the avenue of oaks and the white bridge are just perfect. Emily might confess that these two were easy to photograph with their natural affection and ease with one another.
Heather and Kameron met while both stationed in Monterey California for the Air Force and quickly hit it off. After a year into their relationship, Kameron was sent for training in Texas. In a romantic effort to be stationed together the two eloped! Living apart for a year they were again stationed together in a more permanent capacity, and decided to finally have the wedding they dreamed of. Now living in Georgia, Kameron and Heather picked Charleston’s Magnolia Plantation as the perfect southern setting to celebrate their lives together.
Their intimate ceremony was punctuated with a beautiful rain shower (which made for some great photos!) and their reception went into the night with dancing and drinks by candle and lantern light.
Congratulations to Heather and Kameron on their long awaited ceremony and we wish you all the best in your lives together!
