Emily had the pleasure of venturing to the beach for some sweet Seabrook Island family portraits with the Groher family. Charleston does not have a shortage of beaches, and we are always jumping at the opportunity to spend a day in the sun, sand and surf! Seabrook Island is a private oceanfront community just miles from historic Charleston, SC. Completely immersed in natural splendor, the coastal barrier island is home to lush maritime forest, serene marshes and pristine beaches. The Groher family was vacationing in Seabrook and knew it would be the perfect gift for grandma, a photography session with the whole family including the new grandkids!
Emily had a blast with the Groher’s. They were a bundle of energy on this warm and windy day. The family dressed perfectly coordinated in various shades of blues and neutrals which looked great on the beach. After some larger group shots, Emily took some individual family shots, and snuck in some adorable candid shots. How cute are the little ones holding hands and running on the beach! We also adore grandpa smiling wide with his little grandson in his arms, showing off those two little baby teeth!
Not only is a day on the beach a day well spent, we always cherish being a part of these fun family sessions, full of candid love and laughter! We want to thank the Groher’s for inviting us to spend time with them on the beach and capture these important and precious family moments!
