We are so excited to share this wedding with our readers! Kelsi and Chad chose The Lake House at Bulow on John’s Island which was the perfect location for their charming wedding. Both the bride and groom are from very close knit families and the ceremony was officiated by Kelsi’s father on the front steps of the home. One of Kelsi’s favorite details from the day was the vintage chandelier that hung above them as they exchanged their vows. The reception followed in the backyard of the lake house where guests enjoyed the water views from the dock. The venue’s rustic feel and the southern accents chosen by the bride and groom made for a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

Lauren - Thinking of having my wedding here in the spring of 2015. But small about 40 ppl or so. It is a perfect venue for a bride like me to have privacy but be open for my guests to enjoy the grounds. Is it too big for 40? Btw, I lived the photos!!!
