Noni recently ventured an hour south to the beaches of Kiawah for some fun Kiawah Island family portraits, and we’re happy to show a few of our favorites today! The Stengles have been trying for a while to get all of the family in one place and they couldn’t have chosen a better time to come to the Charleston area. Springtime on our beaches is often very mild and the sands aren’t completely inundated with visitors which offers the ideal situation for those hard-to-get destination family photos. Self-described as fun and playful, the Stengles were ready to go when Noni arrived and made the most of their time with us, showing lots of love, lots of laughs and some pretty great coordinated jumping.
The Stengles chose coordinated outfits and fun outtakes on the beach around sunset. Their white shirt and blue jean theme was the perfect combination for everyone and it fit the adventurous and fun personalities present. They were also ideal for the mild day and the chill that set in as the sun settled low on the horizon. Mrs. Stengle wanted classic pairings (mother daughter, father sons, all the guys together and whatnot) but what’s fantastic about it is that none of the portraits feel posed at all. The family was just so amazing to work with and it really shows in the photos we were lucky to get. And yes, the portrait of the leaping kids was our favorite.
To the Stengles, your family was awesome to be around and we are so thankful that you chose us to capture your portraits. They were such a blast!
