Mazzarella { Kiawah Island Family Portraits }

Bridgit headed to the beach for some fun Kiawah Island Family Portraits featuring lots of smiles and a little girl as cute-as-a-button.  Located about an hour south of Charleston, Kiawah is perfect for family portraits because of its quiet beaches and gorgeous vistas.  Bridgit met the Mazzarella family at a park near the beach to get the afternoon started, and we’re smitten with their little girl.  All cheeks with a sly smile, she was so much fun to be around – looking adorable in her little white dress with matching bow.  Her parents dressed to match with Mama Mazzarella in her own white sundress and sandals and Daddy Mazzarella sporting a plaid blue shirt with grey-blue slacks.

Bridgit used the park for the more traditional family portraits and to get the little one comfortable.  It didn’t take long, just look at that smile as Daddy holds her up!  Then, it was off to the beach, stopping for a moment on the boardwalk for a windswept portrait that are just too cute.  This was their daughter’s first trip to the beach so they wanted to make sure to get her reaction.  She was right at home on the sand and loved the waves hitting her little feet.  We adore the portrait of the three against the sand dune as it captured a casual moment with the three just spending time together.  It looks like the little one was ready to head back to the water.  The heart in the sand was a cute touch but little bit had to leave her mark too and drew on the beach with her own stick.  She was so much fun and we loved every minute of our time with her!

Thank you both so much for bringing us into your family for an afternoon and letting us get to know you and your daughter.  We loved all of the portraits we captured and the candid moments we caught.  It was an adventure we won’t soon forget!
