Bridgit headed about an hour south of Charleston for some fun Kiawah Island family portraits and we’re happy to share them with you! It’s always a great time when many branches of the same family tree come together and Bridgit had a blast with several generations of this family. The Lees, Katabaros, Lippincotts, Tabors and Roehrich’s are very family oriented and we love all of the smiles throughout each photo. In the spirit of the beach life and Charleston’s warm summers, everyone sported Charleston casual attire with blues, pinks and khakis taking center stage. Against the deep greens of Vanderhorst Plantation, they all looked right at home.
It was an exciting time for all of the families with so many young children running about (and another one on the way)! Some of our favorite moments from family portraits are those of grandchildren and grandparents. It’s a beautiful sight to witness the love in the adults’ eyes as they play with the little ones. The little girl in the white dress and a flower in her hair was so adorable and her jubilation lit every portrait up. And the young man sitting on his dad’s knee flashing a handsome smile was so cute.
To see three generations of a family having a blast with one another was a welcome sight, and we were blessed to have been invited to join you on your vacation. We hope you had a wonderful time on Kiawah and hope to see you all again very soon!
