We live for the unexpected moments when couples decide to go outside of the box for their wedding day. At a recent Magnolia Plantation wedding, Krystle and Andrew chose bright and vibrant colors that dazzled in the late Spring sun. Noni was on hand to catch all of the excitement, beginning with a beautiful first look on one of the plantation’s famous paths. Krystle stunned in a backless dress with a sequin and lace overlay complimented by coral Tory Burch sandals. A brilliant pink, blue and yellow bouquet rounded out her elegant look. Andrew was pretty handsome himself in his light grey suit with a pop of blue in his tie. The duo looked fantastic together walking through the sunlight around Magnolia’s gardens and the lovely white bridge over the pond. We love how wonderful they look amidst the natural beauty of the plantation.
The lovely outdoor ceremony took place on one of Magnolia Plantation’s manicured lawns with moss covered trees in the background. Vibrant pink flowers matching Krystle’s bouquet dotted the end of each row of seats, adding a splash of color to the subtle greens, whites and browns around them. Krystle and Andrew exchanged vows in front of a beautiful arbor covered in white linens, Spanish moss and magnolias. One kiss and that was it, the knot was tied. Now, all that was left was a phenomenal party.
Krystle is in love with vibrant colors and wanted vivid pinks and oranges with a splash of blue for her reception. Baskets of wildflowers served as centerpieces on top of fun, patterned cloth that complimented the palette beautifully. It was a sanctuary for the fun that everyone was having. After a delectable dinner from Duvall Catering and a sweet finish by Wildflour Pastry, the festivities swung into high gear. Krystle and Andrew’s first dance was a lovely ballroom number that was truly a sight to behold. It was amazing! Then, under an arch of sparklers held by their family and friends, the newlyweds shared one last kiss before stealing away into the warmth of the late Spring evening.
Thank you both so very much for choosing us to take part in this amazing wedding day. We’ll remember your unique decor and the gorgeous first dance for a long while. We wish you both the very best as you move forward together. Congratulations again!
