Johanna & Anthony { Sullivan’s Island Wedding }

We are absolutely loving this super sweet, intimate Sullivan’s Island Wedding shot by Shannon! Anthony is from England, and Johanna was born and raised in the United States. This adorable couple first met back in 2010, while traveling abroad in New Zealand. They were both spending the winter visiting the country, and ended up living in the same house for the season. Needless to say, they quickly became acquainted and grew fond of each other’s company. They fell in love, and the rest is history! They have found that they love to travel together, and that both enjoy snowboarding, which plays a large role in their time spent together. Every winter season since they have met, they travel to the mountains to work at ski resorts. So fun! They decided on an intimate gathering of immediate family and friends at a private residence for their Sullivan’s Island wedding, and it could not have been more perfect.

Guests gathered on the lawn in front of an arbor adorned with beautiful fresh blooms, serenaded by the sweet sound of an acoustic guitar. A very romantic and private setting indeed. Johanna looked positively stunning in her floral lace gown, carrying a gorgeous bouquet of white garden roses. After the joyful exchanging of vows, the celebration continued with good, wholesome southern food and great company under cafe lights. A perfect ending to a perfect day.
