Jenna & Jacob { White Point Garden Wedding }

Haley recently had the privilege of photographing a lovely White Point Garden wedding, and we’re excited to share our favorite moments with you today! White Point Garden and Battery Park are a harborfront space in downtown Charleston perfect for small weddings, offering groves of beautiful oaks and a beautiful central gazebo. Being from a metropolis (Chicago), Jenna and Jacob wanted an intimate wedding with their family and love the romantic atmosphere that Charleston provides. Haley began the day with Jenna, who wowed in her linen and lace gown complimented by a gorgeous spring bouquet. Haley chose nearby locations that represented classic Charleston that framed the bride beautifully.

At the gazebo, Jacob waited patiently and was all smiles as she made her way to him. With the live oaks crisscrossing their branches behind our couple, Jenna and Jacob exchanged their vows and sealed them with a kiss. After spending a little bit of time with the family, including a few adorable youngsters, Haley stole Jenna and Jacob away for newlywed portraits. She chose some of Charleston’s iconic textures and colors to bring out the pinks and oranges in the bouquet and the deep blue of Jacob’s sharp suit. Our favorites were of the two of them sharing a few intimate moments among the ivy and flowers. Charleston in the springtime is gorgeous and we were lucky to be able to capture the newlyweds in the city’s natural beauty. As the day drew to an end in a handsome bar with beautiful dark wood décor, Jenna stole one more kiss, ready for the next chapter to begin.

We’d like to thank you both for inviting us along for your lovely wedding and we wish you both nothing but happiness back in the Windy City. Congratulations again!
